Shipping Process
Once you place an order with us, we ensure that your products pass our quality check. After that, we pack your items and hand them over to our trusted logistics partner. They then deliver the products to you at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your shipping address or at the suitable time provided by you, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every product. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles are secured with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We then place our products in wooden and cardboard boxes for shipping.

At Ādisūtra, we believe in delivering happiness without any hidden costs. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value.
Delivery Locations
Ādisūtra ships throughout India to almost all pin-codes. You can check if we deliver to your location by typing in your pin-code on any of our product pages listed on our website or by entering your shipping details on the checkout page.
International Shipping
For our international customers, we offer shipping to various countries. The delivery time for international orders depends on flight/vehicle availability and customs clearance in the destination country. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website and then clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.
Delivery Time
We strive to get your product delivered within 2-7 days of you placing your order with us depending on the geography you are ordering from to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your order.
